Bicycle Cellphone Holder

I made my mother a Cellphone Holder to put on her bicycle steering wheel



it's made out of Fimo that i shaped and baked
and a bicycle-loop holder

the phone itself is held with rubber bands - stretched to the holder's hands.
i hope to change it to a smarter and more secure holding method - but right now it's pretty tight!

Greener laptop LCD

my old (and only) laptop's LCD-CCFL (backlight = Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light) inverter became nonfunctional.

so i opened up the LCD's plastic casing, and put a light behing it.

what makes this kind of LCD back-lighting Greener, is that i can use the laptop with the Sun- as my backlight! rather than using electricity..

i took an old non-working telephone device

opened it

and re-put it inside a Kalfany bobons metal can.

it didn't work after the re-put, but it didn't work before, anyway..

it has 0-9, #,*, redial, pause and flash.

Moriel's RoboDrawRETET

I made a RoboDraw for Moriel, a friend of my girlfriend, for her birthday.

he know to sing, dance and draw nice sketches!!


he's made with..
a 9V battery,
3 pencils as pods,
a DC motor with a weight attached to it's shaft,
some wires (hands up),
and a LED candle toy (1$ shop) -

i changed led-candle's LED to a piezo element and it started singing.. apparently the chinese manufacturer had some left-over toy song-chips, so he decided to attach an LED so it will light kind of randomly.

this robot made a young girl who tured 18 very happy! (right?)

this is a robot i made for my girlfriend.
he vibrates, and by doing so - he walks aroud on the table with his long pods.
in addition, his LED eyes are wiggling and jiggling!!

made out of a LED-candle toy i bought in a 1$ shop.
i find this toy a wonderful platform for simple robots from his kind.

Family of kittens in the Laundrette

I found a fmily of sweet kittens looking at cars and people in the street. they sat in a laundrette near my home - i saw them while riding home from work..

after explaining them that they are very cute, i bought them some canned Tuna and ran away from there - so i won't get TOO attached (:\)
